Job Description:

*This position is full time, 40 hours per week, Evening/Nights, Monday-Friday, 7:00pm-3:30am. Candidates must be available to work (1) weekend Night shift per month.

Facilitate secretarial responsibilities and oversee clerical operations.

Salary Range:

$18.50 - $24.30 an hour

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. Education: HS Diploma or GED; A.A.S. Degree preferred; or equivalent experience

  2. Experience: 2-3 years clerical experience ; preferably hospital-based. Supervisory and leadership experience with proven positive communication skills preferred.

  3. Skills: Exceptional performance reviews, excellent communication skills and demonstrates Highland Promise Standards. Medical terminology. Advanced computer skills and the capacity to master additional advanced skills. Deep-rooted commitment to the team approach in all department related activities, excellent communication skills and high level of personal accountability.
