Job Description:
Coordinates the educational and training processes for HFM Medical Assistants. Responsible for Medical Assistant new-employee orientation, preparation of training materials, coordination of staff training, and skills evaluation of HFM Medical Assistants.
Salary Range:
$18.50 - $24.23 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program, preferred.
Experience: Two years in ambulatory clinic setting required.
License/Certification Required: MA certification preferred; American Heart Association BLS
Skills (to include equipment, software, etc.): Effective interpersonal communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Proven employment record as self-starter with a high level of energy, with attention to detail and follow-up.
Ability to demonstrate positive mentoring and employee coaching skills. Demonstrate organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
